Possible Conditions

Shortness of Breath

Patients who suffer from shortness of breath may suffer from difficulty getting air in, shortness of breath while exercising, and noisy breathing. Such a breathing difficulty may be due to problems anywhere in the airway – throat area, voice box, windpipe, lungs, or muscles and nerves responsible for breathing.

Patients suffering from shortness of breath should consult with a pulmonologist.

Any and all airway problems require immediate attention.
